Daniele Ganser is a Historian and Peace researcher at the History Seminar of Basel University. He was born in 1972 and is of Swiss nationality. He received his school education in Basel. Studied history, philosophy, english literature and international relations at the University of Basel, the University of Amsterdam and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Masters 1998, PhD 2001. From 2001 – 2003 he worked as a Senior Researcher for the Think tank Avenir Suisse in Zürich.
